The Caitz overcame Samsung FC by the only goal of the game in this 1st round League Cup fixture at Keyes Corner last night. It took until the 116th minute for the Caitz to get the job done, a messy tap in from a corner by Kaarle Putki. In what was a bad tempered tie between these two division 7 sides the referee brandished 6 cards including a straight red to the Caitz number 8 Bela Maier as early as the 31 minute and Maier is now ruled out for the next two rounds.
Tonight's league fixture we welcome Bomer FC to the Corner with the Caitz looking to continue their winning start to the season.
